Breaking down, Building up, and ReStorying Identities

I have over 15 years of experience in advertising, branding, journalism, and storying people, teams, and companies. Throughout my career, I’ve been lucky enough to learn from some of the best at 72andSunny, R/GA, Gin Lane, Wolff Olins, FNDR, and Redscout. I’m currently exploring organizations can experience their values rather than simply write them down. This is the focus of my work over at Identity Engines.

I run a studio with Becca Goldstein called Hakol focusing on relational strategy and family governance for family businesses, firms, and foundations.

I also work with the team over at Narrative Animal in wilderness rites of passage and advising. There I draw on my training in IFS (internal family systems), GEI (growth edge interviews), Somatics, and Storytelling. My work explores how we can become more aware of, and learn to work with, our internal systems as individuals and collectives.
